Where the booth goes
Booths work best near the reception energy but out of the service path: close enough to the dance floor that guests wander over between songs, far enough that the line does not block catering. Most of our booths need roughly a 6x6 ft area with access to a standard power outlet, and the Galaxy 360 needs about 10x10 ft. Share your floor plan when you request availability and we will tell you what fits.

How long to book
Our Signature package covers three hours, which lines up with most receptions from dinner through the last dances. Essential covers two hours for smaller receptions, and Premier covers four hours or more for long, high-guest-count nights. We recommend booking 4-8 weeks ahead, and earlier for peak wedding season dates.
