    We arrive early enough to be fully set up before guests do, and setup and breakdown are included rather than billed separately. Our packages run two hours (Essential), three hours (Signature) and four hours or more (Premier), so most Tallahassee receptions land on Signature or Premier. We recommend booking 4-8 weeks ahead, and earlier for October through December, which is our peak season.
