How far in advance should I book a photo booth?
We recommend booking at least 4 to 6 weeks before your event. Peak season dates (October through December and spring wedding season) fill quickly, so earlier is better. Contact us to check availability for your preferred date.
What areas does TallyBooth serve?
We serve Tallahassee, Panama City Beach, Gainesville, Jacksonville, Thomasville (GA), and communities throughout North Florida. Travel is included within our service area, no surprise fees.
How much space does a photo booth need?
Most of our booths require roughly 8×8 to 10×10 feet. The Galaxy 360 needs about 12×12 feet. We'll coordinate with your venue to ensure everything fits perfectly.
Are your booths DSLR or iPad-based?
Every TallyBooth setup uses a high-quality camera system with professional lighting. No iPads, no grainy images, just sharp, vibrant, print-worthy results.
Can you customize overlays with our event branding?
Absolutely! Every package includes a custom overlay template. We can incorporate your wedding monogram, corporate logo, event colors, hashtags, and more. We'll send a proof for your approval before the event.
Do you provide props?
We offer a curated selection of props. Premium and Premier packages include upgraded prop collections, and you can always add a custom set as an add-on.
How do guests get their digital photos?
Guests can instantly share photos via text message, email, or QR code right from the booth. After the event, we provide a private online gallery where everyone can download their high-resolution images.
What happens if there's a technical issue during my event?
Our professional attendant handles all technical aspects and carries backup equipment. In the rare event of a malfunction, we resolve it on-site within minutes. Your experience is our top priority.
What's the difference between the Galaxy 360 and the Glamour Reflections booth?
The Galaxy 360 captures cinematic slow-motion video as a camera arm rotates around you, perfect for viral social content. The Glamour Reflections booth is a still-photo experience with flattering lighting for luxury portraits.
Is there a minimum rental time?
Our minimum rental is 2 hours (Essential package). Most events book 3 to 4 hours for the best guest experience. We also offer extended hours as add-ons.
